Our experience has been honed over 25 years of leadership in the delivery of successful large-scale Lean and Business transformations across a broad range of industries and companies. Our experience includes but not limited to: Machining, Electronics, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Information Technology, Project Management, Financial Management and Accounting. SLS is not just another consulting firm; we are your partners in business. We are former Operations, IT and Business Executives steeped in Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies.
